Where do I apply?

Apply on the applicant link on the homepage of this website. Click on the  “Apply Now” button on the home page of this website.

When is the last day I can apply?

The waiting list will remain open but applications will be processed by date and time, there will not be a lottery.

Can I apply with a paper application?

How much is the application fee?

$15 for each person 18 years and older.

If someone does not have access to a computer, how do they apply online?

When will the units be ready? When can I move in?

A mixture of 1, 2, and 3 bed move-ins will begin approximately July 1st of 2020 (subject to change).subject to change).

Are transfers from HASLO properties available? 

Transfers from HASLO properties will be considered, subject to reasonable accommodation.

Do you accept section 8? 

Yes and 8 of the units will be project based section 8 assisted (PBV).  The waiting list for the PBV units will open later in the spring.  There will be a two-week public notice period. 

What is the application process?

Upon receipt of your application, your income, criminal background and landlord references will be verified.

What is the screening criteria?

We will be running a background and credit check.  Applicants must have two years of verifiable residency history and positive references from previous landlords. 


What is the term of the lease?

Initially, all leases are a 12-month term. After your initial 12-month lease obligation, every resident is on a month-to-month tenancy.

How do I pay my rent and when is it due?

Rent payments are accepted via electronic transfer, personal check, cashier's check or money order. (Cash is never accepted.) Rent can either be mailed or dropped off at our main office during normal business hours or through our night drop 24/7. Rent is due the first day of each month and delinquent after the fifth day of each month.

Do you allow animals?

The landlord will accept common household animals, one per household, 25 lbs. or less. There is an additional $300.00 pet deposit required. There is no additional rental fee per month for having a pet.

Does my lease provide coverage for my belongings?  Is there insurance coverage in the event of a fire, theft or natural causes?

Resident's or guest's personal renters and vehicles are not insured under the apartment lease agreement. We strongly recommend that residents purchase insurance against loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, rain, water, criminal negligent acts of others or any other cause. Renter's insurance is relatively inexpensive (typically less than $20/month) and can often be secured through your automobile insurance carrier.

What if I need to break my lease?

There is an initial 12-month lease obligation. After that, every resident is on a month-to-month tenancy. If you need to move, the procedure is to give the Property Management Agent, HASLO, 

What type of parking is available at your community?

There are non-assigned open parking spaces. There are also several handicapped spaces throughout the parking lot.
